About Zeevryn

I am a neurodivergent writer and member of the LBGTQ+ community who loves writing. I have been writing for over 25 years, and started TME in mid- to late 2021 and finished it in early 2024, with some snapshots published through early 2025. I initially published it on Tapas, but decided to pursue self-publishing. Outside of my creative writing, I am a lawyer (administrative law), gamer, and pet lover, including currently cats, dog, and guinea pigs, but I’ve had a number of other pets in the past.

I enjoy fantasy stories and creating lore by borrowing from existing mythologies and fables, but giving them my own twist. My stories tend to deal with mental health issues and people with traumatic histories as well as themes of found family and, naturally, LGBTQ+ issues. Probably some animals thrown in for good measure. Some of the characters and their stories reflect some of my own mental health struggles or thought processes and I do my best to depict

I’m an introvert in real life but tend to be more outgoing online. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know people who were touched by my story and I hope others also come to appreciate it.

As a side note, I do live in the US, so while TME is not set in the US (it’s set in an imaginary continent that would be in the Atlantic ocean), my experiences with healthcare, as a random example, are reflective of the US simply because that is what I am used to.
